Plain terms for a personalized game. If anything here is unclear, write to us before you pay.
What you get
A private web game starring your kid, with 5 ready-made levels built from the photos and details you send. It is delivered as a link, in about 10 days after we receive the photos. It plays in a phone or computer browser. A grandparent can join from their own phone.
Prices
- The game: ₪1,490 in Israel, $449 elsewhere.
- A handcrafted level, if you ask for one: +₪390 / +$119.
- Rush delivery, for events less than 21 days away: +₪290 / +$89, charged only if we confirm we can deliver by your date.
- Founding families: the first 10 orders, placed by 30 November 2026, pay ₪1,190 / $359 instead of ₪1,490 / $449. This price is given in exchange for permission to show your game and a short clip from the event in Mazel Tov Games ads and on our site. You can withdraw that permission for future ads at any time by writing to us; the price stays.
Deposit
To reserve your place we ask for a deposit of ₪200 / $59, sent as a payment link on WhatsApp. The deposit is credited to the price. It is fully refundable until we start building. We confirm the start date by WhatsApp, and from that message on the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation (Israeli Consumer Protection Law)
You may cancel a distance transaction as the Consumer Protection Law allows. Because this is a product made to your personal specification, the right to cancel is limited once work starts, as the law permits. In practice: cancel before we confirm the start date and you get the full deposit back. After that, the deposit is not refunded. Cancel by writing to support@mazeltovgames.com.
Fixes
One round of fixes is included. Send all your notes together after you try the game. More changes can be quoted separately.
Sharing
You may share the game link with family and guests. Please do not post it publicly or sell it.
Public showing
We may show the game or screenshots publicly (for example in our marketing) only with your written permission, which you can decline without any effect on your order.
Your photos
You confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and that you have the right to send the photos. How we handle them is described in the privacy policy.
