Privacy policy

Short version: we use your details and your child's photos to build one game, we do not sell anything, and the photos are deleted after delivery.
Who we are
Mazel Tov Games is run by Eden Hadad, who is the controller of the data described here. Contact: support@mazeltovgames.com.
What we collect
- Parent contact details: name, email, phone (WhatsApp) and country.
- Kid details: first name, Hebrew name, age, event date, city, hobbies, favorite foods, places and pets, chosen levels and world, language and play style.
- Photos: photos of the kid, a photo of their room and photos of favorite things.
- If a grandparent joins the game, only the name the kid calls them.
Why
Only to build this one game, to deliver it, and to contact you about the order (including the deposit and payment). We do not use the photos for anything else, and we do not use them to train models of our own.
Who processes it
- AI image and 3D generation providers, which receive the photos only to produce the game's characters and rooms. Some are outside Israel, including in the United States.
- Cloud hosting and storage providers (we use Cloudflare).
- Messaging (WhatsApp) and email providers, to talk to you.
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Photos: deleted 60 days after the game is delivered. They are used only to build this game, and we never use them to train AI. To build the game, photos are processed by these services on paid plans: fal.ai (image and 3D generation, running OpenAI and Google models), Tripo3D (3D models) and Cloudflare (storage). We ask each of them to delete their copies when we delete ours.
- Order details (names, contact details, what was ordered and paid) are kept as long as needed for invoices and as the law requires for accounting.
The game link
Each game has its own unlisted web address. It is not shown in search results or on a public page, but anyone who has the link can play. Share it only with people you want to play.
Your rights
Providing your details is voluntary, but without them we cannot build the game. You can ask to see the data we hold, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to support@mazeltovgames.com. We will answer within 30 days. If you think we handled your data wrongly, you can also complain to the Privacy Protection Authority in Israel.
Children's data
We do not collect anything directly from children. The kid's details and photos are provided by the parent or legal guardian, who confirms consent in the order form.
Cookies and analytics
We may use the Meta Pixel and Cloudflare analytics to measure our ads and see how many people visit. These can use cookies or similar identifiers. The order form does not send your child's photos or details to them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top.
